We design, integrate and maintain process automation and control systems for the Oil & Gas sector, complying with international standards IEC 61511, IEC 61508, NFPA 72, API 556 and ISA 84. Automation Solutions for Oil & Gas

Integrated control and safety systems for refineries, petrochemical plants and oil and gas pipelines.

ESD Systems (Emergency Shutdown)

Design and integration of Emergency Shutdown (ESD/ESDV) systems per IEC 61511 and API 14C: SIL analysis, logic solver programming, valve and sensor installation, and functional safety testing (SIL proof test).

Fire & Gas Systems

Detection and alarm systems for fire, combustible gas and toxic gas (H₂S, CO) per NFPA 72 and IEC 61508: flame detectors (UV/IR), catalytic and electrochemical gas detectors, alarm panels and deluge suppression systems.

SCADA for Pipelines

Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems for oil, gas and liquid pipelines: remote RTU/PLC configuration, satellite or cellular communication, alarm management and historical data for regulatory compliance.

PLC & DCS Programming

PLC programming in IEC 61131-3 (LD, FBD, ST, SFC) and DCS configuration: control strategies, operator HMI, alarm management per ISA 18.2, and document package (FAT, SAT, P&ID markup).

Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)

Selection, installation and programming of variable frequency drives for pumps, compressors and fans: harmonic analysis, bypass panel, control integration and process optimization.

Classified Area Panels

Engineering and manufacturing of control panels and MCC for Zone 1, Zone 2, Division 1 and Division 2 classified areas: ATEX / NEC 500/505 certified enclosures, purged-pressurized (Ex-p) and intrinsically safe (Ex-i) systems.

Implementation Process

A rigorous engineering process from conceptual design to operational validation.

Engineering & HAZOP

We review P&IDs, perform SIL analysis, define the control architecture and document the functional specifications (FRS/FSA).

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

We perform FAT at our facility or the manufacturer's to verify hardware and software before delivery to the plant.

Installation & Commissioning

We install, connect and commission the system at the site, performing loop checks and functional tests with the process running.

Training & Documentation

We train the operations team and deliver complete documentation: as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals.
