Gas Chromatographs

Maintenance and calibration of online gas chromatographs (GC): column replacement, detector cleaning (TCD/FID), carrier gas line inspection, detector calibration and software verification per GPA 2261 and ISO 6974.

Instrument Calibration

Calibration with CENAM traceability of pressure transmitters, temperature, flow, level and control valves: in-plant calibration or on-site with calibrated reference equipment and calibration certificates.

Thermography & Predictive Diagnostics

Thermographic inspection of electrical installations, motors and mechanical equipment with Level II certified thermographers: detailed report with hot spots, severity classification and corrective recommendations.

Report & Certification

We deliver a detailed technical report with findings, actions taken, measurements and CENAM calibration certificates when applicable.
