Flow Meters

Wide range of flow measurement technologies for liquids, gases and steam in Oil & Gas applications: turbine, positive displacement, vortex, electromagnetic (mag-meter), orifice plate with DP transmitter, averaging Pitot (Annubar) and multiphase meters. ATEX / IEC Ex certification and compliance with API 7.1, API 5.1 and AGA-7.

Coriolis Flow Meters

Coriolis mass flow meters for crude oil, NGL, gasoline, diesel, chemicals and high-viscosity fluids. Simultaneous measurement of mass flow, volumetric flow rate and density. Ideal for fiscal metering (custody transfer) per API 5.6, OIML R117 and AGA-11. Available with ATEX and SIL 2 certification.

Pressure Transmitters

Gauge, absolute and differential pressure transmitters for processes with hydrocarbons, steam, toxic or corrosive gases. Multivariable transmitters (pressure + temperature for compensated flow), diaphragm seals and remote units for viscous or crystallizing fluids. Certified ATEX Zone 1/2, IEC Ex, HART 5/7, FF and Profibus PA. Ranges up to 1000 bar and temperatures from cryogenic to 450 °C.

Temperature Transmitters

Thermocouples type J, K, T, E, N, R, S and B for extreme range measurements; high-precision RTD Pt100 / Pt1000; head transmitters with 4-20 mA / HART or FF output; thermowells in stainless steel, Hastelloy or Monel for high-pressure and corrosive service. ATEX Zone 1/2 and SIL 2 certification. Galvanic isolation on all models.

Level Instruments

Level measurement technologies for tanks, separators, pressure vessels and confined spaces: FMCW guided wave radar (GWR) and free-space (top-mounted), ultrasonic, displacer/buoyancy, differential pressure (DP level), capacitance and radiometric (nuclear). Suitable for hydrocarbons, multiphase, foam and liquid-liquid interfaces. Fieldbus compatible with ATEX certification.

Gas Chromatographs

Online gas chromatographs (GC) for natural gas composition analysis, calorific value (BTU/CV) calculation, hydrocarbon dew point, impurity detection (H₂S, CO₂, N₂) and quality control at fiscal metering stations. SCADA and flow computer (EFM) integration per GPA 2261, ISO 6974 and AGA-5. Certified for explosive atmospheres.

Process Analyzers

Online analyzers for process quality control and safety: H₂S and SO₂ (electrochemical / photometric), moisture and dew point (hygroscopic, capacitive, anodized aluminum), residual oxygen (paramagnetic / electrochemical), hydrocarbon dew point, pH, conductivity, turbidity, inline density, NIR and Raman analyzers for refined product blends. OSHA PEL and NFPA 72 compliance.

Control & ESD Valves

Globe, ball and butterfly control valves with pneumatic or electric actuator and smart positioner (HART / FF); Emergency Shutdown Valves (ESD/ESDV) with solenoid valve and fail-close or fail-open actuation; self-piloted pressure regulating valves; relief valves and rupture discs for process protection. ATEX, FMC, SIL 2 and SIL 3 certification. Temperature ranges: −196 °C to 650 °C.
